We love getting out and sampling Big Delicious because we meet so many nice folks, make new friends, and get to answer really good questions. Here are some we'd like to share:
What makes your sausage dip taste so good?
Well, thanks -- we appreciate it and we're very happy that you approve. We worked really hard at formulating something that we hoped y'all would enjoy. Our sausage dip uses our own freshly-ground and mildly-seasoned country sausage. It's never frozen beforehand and we use a lot of it. We also use what we consider to be the very best cream cheese available. (Trust us, we tried them all.) We use the one that tastes and performs best -- and it does make a really big difference.
Will your dip cure a hangover?
OK, we laughed really hard when asked this question. Simply didn't see it coming. The short answer is: we don't know. We reckon there's only one way to know for sure, though....
What's the best thing to eat with your dip?
In our opinion any chip, or cracker, or bread works perfectly when using our dips as an appetizer/dip. Veggies, too. And the Pineapple & Country Ham Spread also goes great on ginger snaps and graham crackers. People seem to like it on almost everything, but we're seeing folks use it more and more in super tasty dishes as a way to jazz them up. (See our Recipe page!)
What's up with the Hot 'Cue Dip?
Folks had been asking for something hotter, and here it is. For starters it has real pit-cooked pulled pork (and no, I'm not stoopid enough to start a "whose barbecue is better" war, because it is all good!). It also features a fantastic vinegar-based barbecue sauce that's guaranteed to provide a little kick without scalding your taste buds. And we throw in some sweet corn to round it out and keep you craving more.
Pineapple & Country Ham? Have you lost your mind?
Well, maybe - depends on who you ask - but this spread is actually really good. It puts a new spin on an old Southern thing. We simply added the best country ham around because, you know, that's how we roll. We've added the unexpected to the familiar. Besides, country ham is the new bacon!
Do you guys have a refund/return policy on shipping?
Yes, and thank you very much for asking. It's not something that occurs often, but sometimes items are damaged in the shipping process. If you receive damaged product please drop us an email within 2 days of receipt (info@BigDelish.com) and we'll refund for the damaged goods. Because we ship a frozen food product we unfortunately cannot accept returns.
