Willy Shakespeare (sort of)
Fettucine a la' Sausage Dip
This is really too easy, and too tasty! Simply boil your pasta, warm your Carolina Sausage Dip, toss the two, maybe add a little parmesan on top and Voila - you're amazing!
This dish reminds us of a delicious Bolognese, but with sausage and cream cheese.
It's important to note that all of our Big Delicious dips and spreads are fully cooked and only need warming.
Hot 'Cue Dip Stuffed Sweet Potato
Dinner for one, anyone? Hearty and tasty, for sure, this delicacy needs no instructions. But just in case, here goes: cook your sweet potato (microwave or bake - your preference), warm your Original Hot 'Cue Dip and add it to the potato, then dig in!
BONUS: Carolina Sausage Dip on a baked potato is equally outstanding! Just sayin'.
Hot 'Cue Dip Over Rice
You too can be a culinary rock star in the popular "Bowl" genre now sweeping the nation. And it's likely easy to guess that all you need do is make rice, warm some Original Hot 'Cue Dip and serve accordingly. Your guests will be amazed!
Sausage Dip and Waffles
Listen, it's no secret that chicken with waffles is super tasty, but it has nothing on waffles smothered in Carolina Sausage Dip. Trust us, you'll love it! This bouquet of flavor ignites the taste buds by combining an ultra-fancy toasted freezer waffle with the best dip known to man. Just warm it up and let it work its magic!
Hot 'Cue Dip Quesadillas
Prepare to have your socks rocked with this magnificent creation! (OK, maybe an exaggeration, but these really are delicious.)
Take a tortilla shell of your choice, put it in a medium warm pan, spread a little shredded cheese (again, of your choice), add a layer of warmed Hot 'Cue Dip, throw on a little more cheese, cover with another shell and then cook to preference.
A Board's Perfect Complement
Call them charcuterie boards, or grazing boards, or whatever your heart desires - just don't forget to add this creamy, savory and sweet combo to the mix. You'll be so glad you did! Folks love the way our version of an old Southern favorite makes flavors pop!
Sausage Dip Stuffed Crescent Rolls
Just imagine this savory goodness with your morning ritual. Think what a splendid appetizer it makes for parties and tailgates. It's genius!
Follow the roll's label cooking instructions after spooning on a teaspoon (or so) of sausage dip and rolling up. (We also like to cut them in half before rolling up as it makes a more bite-sized portion for party platters.)
Hot 'Cue Corn Fritters
Folks, this is a tailgater's tasty dream! Combine equal parts Hot 'Cue Dip, corn muffin mix, and shredded cheddar before spooning onto a cookie sheet and baking at 350 for 10 minutes (or until golden brown). This is a delicious winner every time!
Toasted English Muffins with Pineapple & Country Ham Spread
So, granted this is pretty much a no-brainer, but that only enhances the brilliance of this crunchy creamy sweet and savory delight. Try it; you'll see!
Southern Poutine
If "comfort food" had another name this would be it. Sometimes you want it, sometimes you need it, but you always love it! French fries smothered in Big Delicious Carolina Sausage Dip never disappoints!
Hot 'Cue Rigatoni
Again, all you need do is boil the pasta and ladle on the warmed Original Hot 'Cue Dip before taking your bows.
(Topping with parmesan cheese may garner an encore - just FYI.)
Carolina Sausage Dip Chili
Hot dog, frankfurter, wiener -- call it what you want. We don't discriminate as long as you add some Carolina Sausage Dip as an excellent garnish.
Note: an avid Big Delicious fan suggested this to us and we thought they may have erred in confusion regarding its excellence, but we were mistaken!
(Makes hamburgers shine, too!)
Biscuits & Sausage Dip Gravy
It's no secret that we Southerners love some biscuits (and gravy), but what has been kept under wraps is the fact that these beauties are 1000 times better when smothered with Big Delicious Carolina Sausage Dip. Until now, that is.
Big Delicious Deviled Eggs
Family at our reunions believe my efforts here to be an attempt at emancipation from the dog house, and tailgating buddies believe me only lazy, or unskilled. Both may very well be right, but do you know what else is right? These goodies always quickly disappear from the plate!
(Paprika is optional, but does enhance in the opinion of most.)
Big Delicious Panini
We have our friend, Chef Helen, from @dankfood_ to thank for this unbelievably creative and delicious concoction. She really nails the perfect flavor combination by taking fresh sourdough bread and adding pickled okra and Carolina Sausage Dip together before grilling. You can almost taste the goodness from the photo, can't you? Bravo, Chef; and thank you!
Carolina Sausage Dip Bread Bowl
Make a hole and fill the bowl. Cheesy? Yes, of course -- and totally tasty! (Not to mention easy.) This masterpiece is always a hit at parties, and once you try it, you'll understand why.
Big Delicious Pork Skins
To some these are pork rinds, or chicharrons - it doesn't matter what you call them because when you pair with warm Carolina Sausage Dip and Original Hot 'Cue Dip it's a match made in heaven! For real!
Sausage Dip and Scrambled Eggs
And they say we don't do breakfast. Whatever. This may be the simplest and tastiest of them all. Some like these scrambled in the pan together, and some just like their eggs covered, but either way, "they" all love it! (Even the newcomers.)
P.S. - a little fresh-cracked pepper makes this even more irresistible! Bon appetit!
